We support purchases of holiday lodges and static holiday caravans on holiday parks. We do not handle residential park-home purchases or purchases intended as a main home.

No payment is taken when you submit your enquiry. We’ll review your details and contact you about suitability and next steps. Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid engagement.

The service payment schedule includes a £99 enquiry deposit before acceptance. It is credited towards the service fee if we accept your case, and refunded in full if we decline or you withdraw before acceptance. Payment is not acceptance and does not start work.
