Why we started Park & Lodge
Buying a holiday lodge or static caravan should be exciting. You are choosing somewhere to spend your time, make memories and enjoy a place of your own. You should also have someone on your side when the conversation turns to money, fees and the fine print.
We started Park & Lodge to give buyers that support. Someone to research the options, investigate the park, challenge what does not add up and negotiate hard on the price and terms.
We take that work off your hands and give you a clear view of what you are buying into. Our job is to help you secure the right holiday home on the right terms, not persuade you to complete a purchase that does not work for you.

Our fee is for the work we do for you, not a reward for getting a sale over the line. We do not represent parks, and we will tell you to walk away if it is the wrong deal.
