How it works

You stay in control.
We do the legwork.

For holiday lodges and static caravans: see what happens after you get in touch, what we need from you and what you receive at each stage.

Showing Full Buying Service. 5 steps.
A better way to buy a holiday lodge

Independent adviceWe work for you, not the park.

A clear processYou know what happens next.

Honest recommendationsWe tell you when to walk away.

Enquiry, deposit, then acceptance

No payment is taken when you submit your enquiry. We’ll review your details and contact you about suitability and next steps. Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid engagement. The service payment schedule includes a £99 enquiry deposit before acceptance. It is credited towards the service fee if we accept your case, and refunded in full if we decline or you withdraw before acceptance. Payment is not acceptance and does not start work.

Full Buying Service

A structured process. A better outcome.

We find suitable holiday parks and available lodges or static caravans, then investigate and negotiate the purchase you want to pursue. The £1,895 total is paid in stages; the £99 enquiry deposit is part of that total.

  1. Agree your buyer brief

We review your enquiry and discuss suitability and next steps. If we accept it, we agree your buyer brief before the search begins.

    From you
Tell us your intended holiday use, must-haves and deal-breakers. £596 is payable after acceptance and agreement of the brief.
    You receive
A clear buyer brief we use to judge every park and proposed holiday home against what matters to you.
  2. Search, shortlist and choose

We research credible parks and available lodges or static caravans and explain the strongest matches. Around three is an aim, not a quota.

    From you
Review the shortlist with us and choose which option to explore. £1,200 follows delivery and review of a genuinely suitable shortlist.
    You receive
An initial shortlist with reasons, trade-offs and points needing closer scrutiny. The detailed Deal Assessment follows investigation of your chosen proposal.
  3. Investigate the park and agreement

We examine the park, ownership costs, licence, restrictions, sales assurances and exit terms.

    From you
Share any quotes, paperwork or promises you receive.
    You receive
A clear picture of the risks, missing information and terms that could cost or restrict you.
  4. Challenge and negotiate

We use our findings to push on price, site fees, extras and commercial terms.

    From you
Tell us any priorities or non-negotiables. We handle the back-and-forth with the park.
    You receive
A dedicated negotiator on your side throughout the sale, pushing for the strongest possible deal across price, site fees, extras and terms.
  5. Review the findings and decide

We bring the findings and negotiation outcome together in your written Deal Assessment.

    From you
Decide whether to proceed, seek changes, pause or walk away.
    You receive
A written Deal Assessment with our recommendation, the reasons behind it and anything to resolve before you proceed.

Clear updates. An honest recommendation.

We keep you informed, separate evidence from sales claims and make unanswered questions clear. If specialist input is needed, we make that clear too. The decision to buy remains yours.
